Can I customize my artwork/prints?
All banner/posters can be customized with borders and your wording. Simply select the size you want, and fill
in the text fields with your wording. We will email you a proof before your banner/posters goes into production.

Do you offer editing of images or graphics?
We do. However in an attempt to offer you reasonable pricing this is not included in the pricing displayed for
each product. Due to the labor involved for these types of edits/changes we must charge an additional fee of
$50.00 per hour.

Will my digital photos look just like it does on the computer screen?
Very close. Computer screen resolution and printer resolutions are different. Computers use ppi (pixels per inch) to display text or images while printers utilize dpi (dots per inch) to print. However, we do process your images through our systems before printing to color match. Characteristics of the print material (matte, satin, gloss, etc.) will also affect the appearance of an image.

What about old pictures, can you enlarge them?
Yes, We offers you the option of mailing us your old pictures, we will covert them to digital and print them according to your order form.
Remember – the output quality is only as good as the input quality of the image.

How long does it take?
Production time is 5-7 business days AFTER your proof is approved. You should receive your proof within 24-36 hours after submission. Shipping time will be determined by the shipping method you select.
